The Foot Roll: place your palms on either side of the foot and roll the foot between your hands.
To create the rolling motion of the foot, move each hand in opposite directions.
Start Slowly and then roll faster.
There is no time limit on the Foot Roll.
It feels good so you can use it often between the other techniques.

Holding the foot with one hand around the top and near the ankle, use the other hand on the bottom, like a squeegee in the arch area. (Use the baby finger side of the hand.)
Draw the hand, with firm pressure, 10-15 times on each foot.

Place your 1st finger in the channel formed between the toes on the top of the foot. (Start with the channel between the BIG toe and the 1st toe.)
With firm pressure, slide this finger, slowly, down the channel towards the ankle, until the channel stops.
Continue in the next channel, slowly, with firm pressure, work your way across the top of the foot.
Make sure the top of the foot is well oiled.
Work for 1 minute on each foot in this area.
